The UK government's Department for International Development (DFID)  is presently putting out a series of draft papers for public consultation. They relate to Strategies for Achieving the International Development Targets. They can be downloaded from their website:

www.dfid.gov.uk under 'What we do' and then 'Strategy Papers'

This is the new global democracy - tell them what you think - they are obliged to listen
