bulletSection two explains the structure and processes of formulating PRSs and indicates the key linkages and areas of influence for the Decent Work Agenda.
bulletSection three highlights the importance of national budgets and finance, and their implications for ILO and constituents.
bulletThis national context is also highlighted in Section four which describes implementation and review processes.
bulletSection five highlights the growing need for evidence-based policy formulation in PRSs based on poverty monitoring systems. The role of qualitative and quantitative data, and the need to strengthen research and analysis to inform policy are highlighted.
